I am a certified personal trainer who meets you at your place of convenience ! Anytime! Anywhere! (In-home, gym , park, etc.) I am experienced and knowledgeable about resistance training, balance and agility training, and strength & conditioning as well. I also offer Muay Thai and Boxing services for those who want to learn how to defend themselves and/or for work-out purposes as well! (It’s a great workout!)
