KIDS TRAINING

Muay Thai & Boxing training for kids 3-12 years old. It is a great training for kids as it teaches them discipline, respect, listening skills, improves their social skills and concentration, learn self-defense, build confidence, and better coordination!

PERSONAL COACHING

Personal attention to perfect techniques! Wether in resistance training, Muay Thai, Boxing , etc . Having a personal trainer really helps with having accountability, creating goals and achieving them , motivation and encouragement for “those days” when we don’t feel like working out, and creating a flexible schedule to fit your busy schedule!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

For those who have friends and family to join them on their health and fitness journey! Small group training is really fun and challenging, motivating, & you can still enjoy personal attention! To ensure you are doing exercises safely, effectively and efficiently.

MUAY THAI

Stand-up striking and is known as the “art of 8 limbs.” Fists, elbows, knees, & shins. It is used by professional MMA fighters all around the world! It is great for self defense, incorporating into your workout routine as it is very good cardio exercise , to relieve stress, increase confidence, & it is fun and engaging !

BOXING COACHING

If kicks & elbows are not your “thing” Boxing is a great alternative and has many of the same benefits as Muay Thai ! Many Muay Thai fighters are actually now incorporating boxing into their training routines as it really helps with footwork , hand to eye coordination, hand flow, and conditioning!
